Having trouble uploading your application and/or video?
If you're having trouble uploading your application and/or video for the job of Program Coordinator, the first thing to do is to make sure you have waited long enough for the upload to finish.
The video upload system we use includes a direct link to YouTube - and can take a surprisingly long time to complete the upload procedure. Depending on the size of your original video and the speed of your internet connection, a wait of 20-30 minutes (or more) is not impossible.
So long as the message 'Your application is uploading - please wait' is showing, then the upload is proceeding correctly. Please just wait for it to finish.
However, if your upload does not complete successfully or you get an error message, please contact us directly and we will make alternative arrangements for you to submit your application files.
How can I make sure my browser is secure?
Before you go any further, please ensure you are using the latest version of your browser this will ensure that your browser contains important security features and that you can view the website properly:
- Download the latest version of Safari
- Download the latest version of Firefox
- Download the latest version of IE
How do I print?
Just click on the 'printer icon' towards the top of every page. This will give you a printer-friendly version of the page you are looking at. Then just click on the print icon on your browser.
How can I view forms and other documents?
Forms and documents on this site may be provided in .pdf format; these require version, 4.0 (or later) of Adobe Reader. See the Adobe web site for more information about Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" button below. If you are having difficulties downloading the Reader, you should contact your local computer support person. Note when you are printing Adobe forms to use the Adobe print icon and not the print icon of your browser.
